Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy we try to confirm every patient's appointment,
either directly or by our answering service. However, our
patients responsible for keeping the appointment time that
has been reserved. As a courtesy to our office and to other
patients, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule,
please give us 24 hours notice to avoid any charges.
Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and a
financial payment plan (if qualified) are accepted
We accept most insurances.
